Hi, I'm Tracie and started Ms Friday, back in 2013.
Before deciding to re-train as a bookkeeper in 2012, I'd worked in various roles over the years, including office management, teaching IT for a large college in Bristol, transport operations, and pub management in my early 20's.
I'm a Registered Bookkeeper and a member in practice of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and have achieved the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accountancy, ICB diploma's in Payroll & Self Assessment, and have an NVQ 4 in management.
A fan of vintage & retro, love wearing 1950's frocks, travel, and music.

Hi, I'm Fiona and joined Ms Friday in 2020.
I worked for NatWest Bank for 19 years both on the Island and at Portsmouth Commercial Rd branch. The latter involved my role as Assistant Manager in charge of looking after the smaller businesses and their lending requirements. From 1995 I spent 2 years seconded to Business Link on the Island, involved in advising, mentoring and training Start Up Businesses. Since then I have run a Limited Company, been a sole trader and am now in a partnership (as well as working for Tracie) offering business support to small and start up businesses. I have achieved various banking exams as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
I also work the Chamber of Commerce as a small business advisor & mentor and still run the monthly business start-up workshop.
I'm also a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and have achieved the complete ICB Level 3 Diploma in bookkeeping and the Level 3 Payroll diploma.
I don't wear 1950's dresses, but do enjoy line dancing.
